Alex is currently pursuing a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from New Mexico Highlands University. She holds a BA in psychology from the University of New Mexico and has previously worked in child welfare in both government and nonprofit organizations.

With a foundation of empathy and compassion, she employs a client-centered and trauma-informed approach to support clients as they navigate life’s challenges.
In her spare time, Alex enjoys simple pleasures like coffee, a good book, and spending time with her family and two cats.
